Vadim Kouznetsov is the founder and CEO of JobXDubai and the editor of JobXDubai News. He spent 7 years in finance in London, at Bloomberg and then as a portfolio manager at the hedge fund Phillimore Capital.

He went on to build and sell two companies: Setai Television in Munich and InHype, a livestream shopping platform for collectors that reached EUR 150,000 in monthly revenue.

After moving to Dubai he watched talented people send hundreds of applications without a reply, and built JobXDubai, an AI job platform for the UAE, in 2023. He also runs uae-labour-law.com, which explains workers' rights in plain English.
