Emirates has announced the expansion of its retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft service to new destinations, enhancing the travel experience for passengers flying to London Stansted and Seoul.
New Destinations for Emirates’ Upgraded Boeing 777
Starting Monday, 14th April 2025, Emirates will introduce its refurbished Boeing 777 aircraft on flights between Dubai and Seoul, South Korea. The upgraded service will operate three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via flights EK324 and EK325.
This deployment makes Seoul the second East Asian destination to receive Emirates’ retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft, which features the airline’s award-winning Premium Economy cabin and newly configured Business Class.
From Wednesday, 7th May 2025, London Stansted will also welcome the upgraded aircraft, joining London Heathrow and Edinburgh as the third UK destination served by the refurbished Boeing 777.
Premium Economy Expansion in Asia
By July 2025, Emirates will significantly increase its Premium Economy capacity on eastbound routes. Travellers will have access to more than 3,150 weekly seats in Premium Economy across six key destinations in Southeast and East Asia:
- Tokyo-Narita
- Tokyo-Haneda
- Osaka
- Singapore
- Seoul
- Shenzhen
These Premium Economy seats will be available on both Boeing 777s and A380s, giving passengers more options for enhanced comfort on long-haul flights.
European Network Expansion
The addition of London Stansted to Emirates’ retrofitted Boeing 777 network expands the airline’s European premium offering. Other European destinations currently served by the four-class Boeing 777 include:
- Brussels
- Geneva
- Zurich
- Vienna
- Athens
