Global Village Season 31: Fake Websites Are Selling VIP Packs, Police Warn
Global Village and Dubai Police warn that fake websites are selling Season 31 VIP packs. Here is the only official seller, every price, and what to do if you paid a scammer.

If you are hunting for a Global Village VIP pack 2026 official website, there is only one answer: the Coca-Cola Arena website. Global Village issued a warning on 28 September about fake websites selling Season 31 VIP packs, following a similar alert from Dubai Police on 19 September.
Cloned pages copy official channels to take your money and personal details, and packs bought from any other seller can be cancelled or deactivated without notice.
Where to buy the Global Village VIP pack 2026: official website only
Global Village states that no other website, platform, vendor or individual is authorised to sell the packs. That rules out Instagram resellers, WhatsApp "contacts", marketplace listings and any lookalike domain.
Pre-orders opened on 21 September at 10am, and general sales started on 26 September. Packs stay on sale until stock runs out.
Other rules worth knowing:
- Buyers must be 18 or over and hold a valid Emirates ID.
- Each Emirates ID can buy one VIP pack.
- Delivery costs an extra AED 30 per order, according to the Global Village terms.
Season 31 VIP pack prices
These are the official prices listed by Global Village. During the pre-order week (21 to 25 September), buyers paid a priority booking fee to reserve a pack, then completed the purchase once sales opened, according to Gulf News and Khaleej Times.
| Pack | Price | Pre-order priority fee |
|---|---|---|
| Silver | AED 1,890 | AED 200 |
| Gold | AED 2,490 | AED 300 |
| Platinum | AED 3,490 | AED 500 |
| Diamond | AED 7,900 | AED 1,000 |
| Mega Silver | AED 3,490 | AED 150* |
| Mega Gold | AED 4,990 | AED 150* |
*Mega pack fees as reported by Gulf News. The Mega packs add Dubai Parks and Resorts perks.
The pre-order window has closed, so anyone now asking you for a "booking fee" to hold a pack is a red flag. Packs include VIP parking, entry tickets and Wonder Pass cards, and one box hides a AED 31,000 cheque. Last year's line-up is in our Season 30 VIP packs guide.
How to spot a fake VIP pack website
Dubai Police say these scams return every year because demand for VIP packs is so high. Watch for these signs:
- The price is too good. A Diamond pack well below AED 7,900 is not a deal. It is bait.
- The address is slightly off. Check the domain letter by letter. Scam sites add extra words, hyphens or odd endings.
- You arrived through an ad or a DM. Type the Coca-Cola Arena address yourself instead of tapping links in social posts, texts or QR codes. We covered the QR code version of this trick last year.
- They want a bank transfer or crypto. Official ticketing sites take card payments at checkout. Nobody legitimate asks you to transfer money to a personal account.
- There is pressure. "Only 2 left, pay in 10 minutes" messages are designed to stop you checking.
Paid a scammer? Act within the hour
- Call your bank immediately using the number on the back of your card. Ask them to block the card and dispute the transaction.
- Report it to Dubai Police through the eCrime platform (ecrime.ae) or by calling 901, the channels named in the police warning. In an emergency, call 999.
- Keep the evidence: screenshots of the site, its web address, chat messages and your payment receipt.
- Change any passwords you typed into the fake site, and switch on two-factor authentication.
Dubai Police's wider #StayAware campaign against economic fraud uses the same playbook: verify first, pay second.
Key takeaway
Season 31 VIP packs are sold only on the Coca-Cola Arena website, priced from AED 1,890 to AED 7,900. Anything bought elsewhere can be cancelled, and your money may not come back. If you were caught out, call your bank first and then report it on eCrime or 901.
