Dubai Police have issued an official statement refuting international media reports about a Ukrainian model who was allegedly missing. The authorities have provided clarification on what actually occurred, dismissing various claims that had circulated in global press outlets.
The Actual Incident
According to Dubai Police, the 20-year-old Ukrainian model sustained serious injuries after entering a restricted construction site by herself and falling from a significant height. This incident occurred on March 12, contrary to reports suggesting she was missing for ten days.
Witnesses at the location immediately contacted emergency services, and the model was quickly transported to hospital where she is currently receiving treatment and recovering from her injuries.
The model’s family is present with her at the hospital as she continues her recovery process.
Disputing International Media Claims
Dubai Police specifically addressed several inaccurate claims published by international media outlets:
- Reports stating she was missing for ten days were incorrect
- Claims that she was “found dumped on the side of the road” were false
- Allegations that she was “found battered on a Dubai street” were untrue
“These claims are false,” Dubai Police confirmed in their statement released through the Government of Dubai Media Office.
