Dubai has unveiled an innovative family support initiative that promises to reshape family life for Emiratis. The ‘Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme’ introduces substantial benefits, including extended marriage leave and flexible working arrangements.

Launched by Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, the programme aims to fortify family foundations in Dubai through:
