How to Use mParking

For Registered Users:

Send an SMS to 7275 (PARK) with the following format:

<Plate Number> <Zone Code> <Duration in Hours>
Example: B12345 33C 1

For Non-Registered Users:

Use this format:

<Nickname> <Zone Code> <Duration in Hours>
Example: Nicky 33C 1

For Cars Registered Outside Dubai:

Include the emirate code:

<Emirate Code><Plate Category> <Plate Number> <Zone Code> <Duration in Hours>
Example: AUH16 12345 335C 2

For Motorcycles:

Add ‘B’ at the beginning of the message:

Renewing Your Parking Ticket

You’ll receive a renewal reminder SMS 10 minutes before your parking expires. To renew, simply reply with ‘Y’ to 7275.

2. A 30 fils service fee applies per transaction.
3. Virtual permits are zone-specific.

Special Features

• Half-hour parking is available in Zone A only.
