A recent report by Boston Consulting Group reveals that an overwhelming majority of UAE employees are not only aware of generative AI but also excited about its potential impact on the workplace.
67% of UAE Employees Enthusiastic about AI’s Impact
The global survey, which covered 21 countries and over 21,000 respondents, found that 91% of UAE respondents were aware of generative AI, with 34% already using related technologies. Moreover, 67% of UAE employees are excited about the impact of generative AI on the workplace, with only 13% expressing job concerns.
Net Positive Sentiment towards AI
While 37% of respondents expressed excitement, 46% felt conflicted, and 17% concerned, resulting in a net positive sentiment of 20% when subtracting those concerned from excited. This indicates a strong appetite for AI-driven innovation in the UAE.
Forward-Thinking Attitude towards Technology
