Since its implementation, the MRP tool has achieved impressive results, including a 30% increase in forecasting accuracy and a 12% reduction in excess stock. This has led to optimized capital usage and ensured that resources are available when needed.

Moreover, the advanced analytics provided by the tool have improved forecasting, resulting in a 24% rise in service levels. This enables quicker facility maintenance response times, ultimately enhancing the passenger experience.
