UAE-based telco e& has announced plans to open a new contact centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, generating 1,500 job opportunities in the process. This move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, contributing significantly to the local economy.

The new Contact and Customer Experience Centre is designed to provide exceptional customer experiences, leveraging the latest communication technologies, NOC control, and high-readiness data centres that comply with the Kingdom’s cybersecurity requirements.

A New Era of Customer Experience
The centre will be staffed by experts in customer experience and contact centre management, boasting technical and practical certifications in quality management, customer experience, and beneficiary experience.
