The UAE’s luxury real estate scene is about to get a major upgrade with the introduction of air-conditioned parking boxes in the ICONIC Tower, a newly announced luxury residence in Dubai. These premium parking spaces will not only provide a comfortable and convenient parking experience but also cater to car enthusiasts and environmentally conscious residents.

The ICONIC Tower, set to be the tallest structure in Dubai Internet City, will boast exquisite private air-conditioned parking boxes, complete with EV charging stations and entertainment options like game consoles. “Our climate-controlled parking solutions offer VIP parking boxes with air conditioning, personalised access, and EV charging stations,” said Diana Nilipovscaia, CEO at MERED, the developer behind Iconic Tower.

Seamless Transition

The parking spaces are directly connected to the lift lobby, providing a seamless, temperature-controlled transition from car to home. “This minimises dust accumulation, protects the car from humidity, and maintains a comfortable internal temperature, especially during summer,” Nilipovscaia explained.

A Garage Living Experience

These luxury parking spaces offer a unique “garage living” experience, complete with entertainment options like televisions, music, and game consoles, ensuring both vehicle and resident comfort.

Sporty Aesthetics

The parking structure has been designed by Italian brand Pininfarina, renowned for designing some of the world’s most legendary cars like Ferrari and Maserati. True to its style, the design house has given sporty aesthetics to the parking spaces, featuring premium metallic and wooden finishes.

A Cohesive Palette

The design team at the ICONIC Tower wanted to make the parking experience a reflection of the residential experience as a whole. “Parking is the first arrival encounter for our tenants, so we paid attention to every aspect influencing this experience,” Nilipovscaia said.

The parking spaces are designed with car enthusiasts in mind, particularly in a vibrant city like Dubai, which has some of the highest demand in the world for supercars. “We cater specifically to car enthusiasts, particularly in a vibrant city like Dubai,” Nilipovscaia noted.

Sustainable Features

The parking solutions also integrate sustainable features to support the UAE’s eco-friendly initiatives. “We focused on facilitating EV charging infrastructure, installing EV chargers for our tenants and an additional EV charger for each VIP parking box,” Nilipovscaia said.
