Dubai-based master developer Nakheel has awarded infrastructure contracts for the development of Palm Jebel Ali, a luxurious waterfront project that will offer residents and visitors a unique living experience.
Infrastructure Contracts Awarded
Nakheel has appointed DBB Contracting LLC to construct a public access road from Sheikh Zayed Road to Palm Jebel Ali, as well as a construction road serving the Palm’s central area. Additionally, Khansaheb Civil Engineering LLC has been contracted to enhance roadway and lighting on Al Hesah Street at Dubai Waterfront, connecting to Palm Jebel Ali.
Luxurious Amenities for Residents and Visitors
Palm Jebel Ali, spanning 13.4 square kilometres, will feature luxurious amenities for residents and visitors alike. With 10.5 million square metres of development, 16 fronds, 110 kilometres of coastline, and 91 kilometres of beachfront, this development is set to become a coveted address for approximately 35,000 families in the future.
Contributing to Dubai’s Growth
Palm Jebel Ali marks a new growth corridor for Jebel Ali, aligning with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The development is expected to contribute to Dubai’s projected population increase of 5.8 million residents by 2040.
