Wynn Resorts, Limited has released new images of its luxurious gaming resort, Wynn Al Marjan, currently under construction in Ras Al Khaimah. This beachfront resort, spanning 62 hectares, is set to be the MENA region’s first-ever gaming resort.
A Glimpse into the Region’s First Gaming Resort
Wynn Al Marjan is being developed by a team of over 90 architects, designers, and visionaries. The resort’s design is inspired by Ras Al Khaimah’s historic role as a navigational landmark between the Arabian Gulf and the Arabian Sea.
Resort Features
The resort boasts:
- 1,542 rooms and suites, including 22 lavish Villa Estates along the newly designed marina
- An expansive poolscape covering 3.6 hectares, featuring multiple swimming pools, water features, and private cabanas
- 22 dining, lounge, and bar experiences, each offering breathtaking vistas of the beach
- A 15,000-square-meter shopping experience housing the world’s top luxury boutiques
- A five-star spa offering wellness experiences
- A 7,500-square-meter meetings and events center for gatherings, conventions, and weddings
Construction and Opening
Construction of Wynn Al Marjan began in 2023 and is expected to open to the public in 2027.
