The renowned ACRES Real Estate Exhibition will be held in Dubai from May 16–19 at the renowned Dubai World Trade Centre. This momentous occasion, which represents a major turning point in the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates, is the result of a strategic partnership between the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD). The goal of ACRES 2024 is to strengthen the real estate industry’s development and investment goals, both domestically in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

ACRES expedites the promotion and displaying of innovative projects to both local and worldwide markets by giving real estate developers and investors a platform. The aforementioned trend aligns with Dubai’s rapid expansion and adoption of progressive laws and programmes aimed at enhancing foreign direct investment into the nation.
