The Cayan Group and Hilton have teamed together to create a new Hampton by Hilton hotel in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, in an innovative move that is sure to push the envelope of hospitality. This 201-key facility, which is scheduled to open in early 2025, is expected to become a mainstay of the quickly expanding NEOM Community.
Hilton and Cayan Group toasted their cooperation during a ceremony conducted at the International Hospitality Investment Forum in Berlin. The event, which was organised by Chairman of the Cayan Group Ahmed Alhatti and President and CEO of Hilton Chris Nassetta, was a major turning point in this inspirational journey.
Ahmed Alhatti expressed his excitement for the initiative and emphasised how it fits with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman. The fact that Alhatti is investing in NEOM shows how confident they are in this massive effort to transform the hotel industry.
Encompassing an impressive 26,500 square kilometres in northwest Saudi Arabia, NEOM is a model of a future metropolis project. The goal of NEOM is to build a sustainable and creative community, and our Hampton by Hilton hotel is a crucial component of that goal. The hotel’s design has a strong emphasis on sustainability, and its energy-efficient features support NEOM’s environmental objectives.
Vice President of Development for the Middle East and Africa at Hilton, Carlos Khneisser, agreed. In his speech, he emphasised Hilton’s commitment to growing its presence in the Kingdom and supporting the booming travel industry.
Not only is this brand-new Hampton by Hilton hotel in NEOM a place for guests to stay, but it also symbolises a dedication to sustainable development, a boost to Saudi Arabia’s tourist industry, and a prototype for other hospitality initiatives. Excitement is growing for this historic hotel, which promises to provide a window into the travel experiences of the Middle East as we approach 2025.
