Arada has recently completed the initial eight buildings within the Naseej District of its expansive Aljada project in Sharjah. As a major development encompassing 24 million square feet, Aljada introduces an innovative living concept combining housing, retail, hotels, leisure, and office spaces enveloped in verdant surroundings.

Notably, the Tiraz apartment buildings, part of this phase, offer diverse residential options, complemented by views of courtyards and ample open spaces. Situated near a variety of cultural spots, vibrant retail outlets, and the uniquely architected Il Teatro by Tadao Ando, these residences promise an enriched lifestyle experience.

Arada’s Group CEO, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, shared his excitement about the first families moving into Naseej District, highlighting it as a testament to Aljada’s appealing and dynamic community offerings. Furthermore, the company is focused on completing the remainder of the Naseej District and finalizing the contract for the Il Teatro, aiming to pioneer a new creative hub in Sharjah.

The debut of the Tiraz buildings marks significant progress, with over 7,500 homes now completed within Aljada. These residences not only feature cutting-edge smart technology but also provide access to fitness centers, swimming pools, playgrounds, and social areas, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

The contract for the construction of the Tiraz buildings was awarded to Kuwaiti firm Mohammad Abdulmohsen Al-Kharafi & Sons in early 2022, with the rapid completion of the first blocks by the end of 2023 demonstrating Arada’s commitment to quality and timely delivery. Ongoing construction in Naseej District is expected to culminate by 2024’s end, further enhancing Aljada’s residential offerings.

Alkhoshaibi also emphasized the robust growth and increasing property values within Aljada, attributed to both the high standards of development and the strong fundamentals of Sharjah’s real estate market. This trend not only reflects positively on homeowners’ investments but also signifies the project’s future as a leading lifestyle and cultural destination in Sharjah.
