The RTA’s creative effort represents a major advancement in improving Dubai’s taxi rider experience. Modern interactive displays installed in 4,500 cabs allow customers an immersive travel experience that effortlessly blends comfort, information, and entertainment. The initiative is evidence of the productive partnership between the RTA, Hala, and Binary Media. It was sparked by the successful trial of digital displays in 250 cabs. The Public Transport Agency at RTA’s CEO, Ahmed Bahrozyan, expresses their joy at working together to provide a travel experience that’s unsurpassed and supports Dubai’s goal of being a premier digital city.

The CEO of Hala, Khaled Nuseibeh, highlights the company’s commitment to provide excellent mobility by using technology that improves the traveller experience. Binary Media’s Santosh Sarma hopes to make idle travel time a chance for marketers to engage with a captive audience as well as a time for amusement, exploration, and relaxation.
