With the 20th edition of the International Property Show (IPS) in 2024, Dubai’s landscape will once again showcase its abilities in the international real estate market. Under the direction of Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director-General of the Dubai Land Department, this esteemed event has welcomed a multitude of domestic and foreign exhibitors with the goal of promoting a lively exchange of ideas, the newest developments in projects, and profitable real estate investment opportunities.

The event’s significance in supporting Dubai Land Department’s strategic ambition to develop a cutting-edge real estate model enhanced by innovation and underpinned by a distinctive digital infrastructure was underlined by Marwan bin Ghalita.

The IPS 2024 President, Dawood Al Shezawi, emphasised that the event offers a unique venue for exhibiting a wide range of real estate projects from the Middle East and outside. For more than 20 years, IPS has played a vital role in making connections between professionals, specialists, and exhibitors, greatly advancing the development of the real estate sector in the United Arab Emirates. This project is in perfect harmony with Dubai’s Urban Plan 2040, which aims to address urgent global issues and establish Dubai as the world’s most desirable place to live.

Leading local and international real estate developers actively participated in the event, with a notable presence from GCC nations. Among the notable attendees were the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs from Saudi Arabia, The Sustainable City, Yiti from Oman, Emirates Real Estate Solutions (ERES), Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

Along with other dignitaries, Marwan bin Ghalita investigated the show, looking at a range of services, initiatives, and noteworthy investment opportunities.
