Passengers landing in Dubai can now look forward to a more streamlined and comfortable travel experience as the Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) turbocharges its presence at Dubai Airports. With a strategic move to amplify its fleet by an additional 350 environmentally conscious taxis, DTC is doubling down on its commitment to enhancing mobility for the emirate’s bustling population and visiting throngs.

The impressive fleet augmentation came on the back of a noticeable upsurge in tourism and international event hosting within the vibrant city, prompting a significant increase in demand for dependable and swift airport taxi service. This service, reserved exclusively for Dubai Airports arrivals and Port Rashid, promises an exclusive, on-demand transport solution—round-the-clock—across the UAE.

Steered by a crew of skilled professionals, the DTC now prides itself on its formidable fleet, which not only includes 5,566 well-maintained vehicles but also ushers in a rise in the taxi sector’s market share by 45 percent. This expansion is not just about the numbers; it’s a reflection of Dubai’s endeavor to project an image of refinement and efficiency, further solidifying its standing as a leading global city.

Echoing the aspirations of the city, Mansoor Rahma Al Falasi, CEO of DTC, remarked that bolstering the airport fleet signifies an objective to notch up the taxicab offerings at the airport, with an anticipated 30 percent jump in trips. The intent is clear: minimizing wait times and accelerating service delivery for an optimal passenger experience.

In concert with Dubai’s soaring airport passenger statistics and the resulting spike in taxi service requisitions, Al Falasi enunciates DTC’s pledge to uphold transport services that resonate with Dubai’s acclaimed international allure. Their fleet runs the gamut from opulent limousines to eco-friendly electric vehicles, all under the vigilant eyes of DTC control centers, ensuring an amalgamation of passenger safety with service efficacy.

DTC’s vehicular fleet addition not only confirms its devotion to securing its leading spot in comprehensive mobility solutions but also underlines its role as the dominant taxi operator within Dubai—thus, promising an uplifting impact on its revenue streams.

Aligning with Dubai’s exponential airport growth—prognosticated to greet around 88 million passengers by 2024—Ahmed Bahrozyan, CEO of Public Transport Agency, has emphasized the necessity of readying DTC with additional vehicle plates. This initiative is anticipated to fuel DTC’s operational capacity to keep pace with Dubai Airports’ evolution, thereby, bolstering the transport service levels for passengers at all times.

DTC stands tall, not just with its robust and green taxi collection but also with a suite of auxiliary offerings that include exclusive VIP limousine service, comprehensive bus transportation, and corporate delivery service—a testament to its prominence in handling passengers’ diverse mobility needs.
