This four-year strategy is meticulously crafted to impart invaluable administrative and pedagogical skills to UAE nationals, engendering specialized expertise in Arabic language, Islamic studies, social studies, national identity, kindergarten, primary education, special education, counseling, and leadership roles. Such development is pivotal in reinforcing educational standards and fostering a generation of highly qualified Emirati professionals.

Targeting graduates and job seekers registered with Nafis, the programme offers individuals holding a bachelor’s degree in education a streamlined pathway into the realm of teaching careers, while those with a high school diploma may access entry-level administrative positions.

Registration is now open for those interested in partaking in this groundbreaking opportunity, with the prospect of employment contracts contributing decisively towards meeting the Emiratisation objectives within private educational institutions.

Top officials, including Ghannam Al Mazrouei and Ayesha Belharfia, have vehemently expressed the importance of introducing more Emirati talent into private education, recognizing the sector’s pivotal role in sculpting future leaders and instilling national values and aspirations.

Dr. Mohammad Al Mualla further reinforces this sentiment, elucidating the MoE’s dedication towards promoting Emiratisation through initiatives that align with the long-term vision of the UAE’s prosperous future.

In pursuit of excellence, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council has established partnerships with premier academic institutions such as the Higher Colleges of Technology and the United Arab Emirates University.
