As the excitement builds up, American hospitality giant Delano has announced the grand opening of its first property outside of Miami – Delano Dubai on Bluewaters Island, in October 2024. Nestled on a private section of Bluewaters Island, Delano Dubai boasts 167 guest rooms and 84 suites, each designed in the brand’s signature understated style. The suites range from one to five bedrooms, complete with elegant living and dining spaces, as well as private outdoor areas. The pièce de résistance is the stunning penthouse apartment spanning the entire 7th floor, available for rent.

Three exceptional food and beverage concepts will anchor the hotel, including:
