Aman Group has announced the launch of Janu Dubai, a luxury hotel set to open in 2027 in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This follows the successful opening of Janu Tokyo in March 2024.

Located in the business hub of DIFC, Janu Dubai will offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa on one side and beautiful garden views on the other. The property will be designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architecture practice, Herzog & de Meuron.

The hotel will feature approximately 150 rooms, as well as a limited number of Janu branded and fully serviced residences, a member’s club, and several distinct dining and bar concepts. The property will also include dedicated event spaces and an extensive wellness and fitness centre.

According to Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, “The announcement of Janu Dubai marks my continued commitment to solidifying Janu’s robust pipeline and advancing our strategic vision for the future of luxury hospitality.”

Shahab Lutfi, Founder of H&H Development, added, “We are delighted to collaborate with Aman Group to bring yet another successful project to the heart of DIFC, offering residents and visitors an outstanding level of service and amenities.”

Janu Dubai is part of Aman Group’s growing portfolio, with forthcoming properties confirmed in destinations including AlUla, Wadi Safar, and Diriyah Gate.
